It takes 1-2 minutes for each mouse to be recognized when it is inserted into the computer for the first time. It can only be used after successfully recognizing the mouse. If the prompt "Unrecognized" appears, the general steps for re-recognizing the computer are as follows:
First check whether the driver on the device manager is abnormal, try to click [My Computer], then find the [Device Manager] button, and find [Universal Serial Bus Controller] on the opened device manager window. Then uninstall the option driver with question mark and exclamation mark on the drop-down list, and then click Scan to detect hardware changes, and try to install the driver automatically again.
